The Women’s Cancer Center of Nevada is comprised of physicians with specialized training in gynecologic or surgical oncology. Each of these individuals has completed undergraduate and medical school, undertaken a full residency in gynecology or general surgery, and then obtained additional training in the care of patients with cancer. Requirements for certification by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology in the subspecialty of Gynecologic Oncology include additional training; the successful completion of a written and oral examination and the production of a thesis.

The broad experience of the individual members of the Women’s Cancer Center of Nevada has been brought together in a concerted effort against cancer of the female reproductive organs. In addition, we offer expertise in surgical oncology and urology.
